Locatch Community Guidelines

Locatch is a location-based social app for adults. These rules exist to keep everyone safe, respectful, and comfortable. By using Locatch, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Age & eligibility
- Locatch is strictly for users who are 18 years or older.
- Do not create an account or use the app if you are under 18.
- Do not upload photos of minors in a sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context.
2. Respectful behaviour
- No harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
- Always treat other people with respect, both in profiles and in messages.
3. Photos & content
- Only upload photos you own or have the right to share.
- No nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.
- No content involving minors in sexual or suggestive situations. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- No violent, extremely graphic, or self-harm content.
- No illegal content, including drugs, weapons, or promoting criminal activity.
4. Safety, reporting & moderation
- Use the in-app report tools to report profiles, events, or messages that break these rules.
- We may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these guidelines.

5. Spam, scams & fake accounts
- Do not create fake profiles or impersonate other people.
- No spam, advertising, or sending users to external services for commercial purposes.
- Do not use Locatch to request money, bank details, or other sensitive information from others.
6. Enforcement
If you break these rules, we may remove content, temporarily suspend your account, or permanently ban you from Locatch. In case of illegal activity, we may also report the matter to the relevant authorities.
