Data Deletion for Igni Qua

You can request deletion of Igni Qua data at any time. Because the game does not use its own in-game account system or store player profiles on the Soceth side, most requests are handled through the platform or the online services used to play the game.
1. How to request deletion
Email info@soceth.com with the subject line Delete My Igni Qua Data. If your request relates to a platform account or an Epic Online Services feature, include the email address or platform identifier you use to play.
2. What we may delete or anonymize
- Support requests and related communication history, where appropriate
- Any limited technical records that can be tied back to your request and are still under our control
3. What may be retained
We may keep some information if it is needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or to maintain internal records that are required by law or a platform provider.
4. Platform and purchase records
If you installed the game through a platform store or used Epic Online Services, some records may also be controlled by that provider. Deleting game data from Soceth does not automatically remove data held by the store, Epic, or other third-party services.
5. Processing time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days, unless we need more time because of legal, technical, or verification requirements.
