Terms of Service for Igni Qua

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Igni Qua, you agree to these Terms and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect network performance, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soceth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
