This Privacy Policy explains how Soceth ("Soceth", "we", "us") handles information when you use Igni Qua, an online elemental action/adventure game available on mobile and PC.
Igni Qua does not include account registration, account login, email/password login, usernames, profile creation, or any user-facing account system. Players are not asked to enter an email address, password, name, phone number, username, or other personal information before accessing gameplay.
The game uses online connectivity for gameplay sessions. Some modes, including solo online play, may use the same online networking infrastructure as multiplayer gameplay. These modes may require an internet connection, but they do not require account creation or login.

Soceth does not create or store player accounts, usernames, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, player profiles, or in-game analytics profiles inside Igni Qua.
To provide online gameplay and maintain online sessions, the game may use a technical anonymous identifier provided by the online service or platform. This identifier is used only for app functionality, such as connecting to online sessions, maintaining gameplay connectivity, and supporting online features.

Soceth does not sell user data.

Soceth does not operate its own in-game account database for Igni Qua and does not store email addresses, passwords, phone numbers, real names, or usernames for the game.

Where Soceth receives a valid privacy or deletion request related to data under our control, we will review and respond to the request as required by applicable law.
